I love possessive/yandere male leads, but I'm not usually into former bully characters. This take is really good though! They have good chemistry and actually work together on their issues instead of just magically solving them with sex (tho much sex is still had, if that's what your hear for). The MC does get on my nerves a bit sometimes since she's a bit less aggressive then I would like at the start, but she gets actual fucking character development on that end and I respect that. They're a very nice, realistic couple without getting so realistic that it ruins the smut.

DO NOT LOOK UP SPOILERS FOR THIS. Seriously, so much cool stuff happens and there are so many twists that you will NOT see coming, I spent 5 seconds on the wiki for this and I'm still annoyed that I couldn't see these reveals play out in-story. This story is so fucking good!!! Do not let yourself be tempted like I was. Just go read the novel if you can't wait for an update.

Hey, does anyone have any recs for an older guy getting topped by a younger one? Like, I would really prefer for them to be fully-grown adults and all that, but just the bottom being the older one and fairly surprised the younger one is even interested. idk I just think the set-up is neat and that last chapter reminded me of it.

Okay first I would like to state that there is no way Iruma would be able to eat THAT MUCH if he were fully human, so I have 3 theories:
1. he's either part human, the reincarnation of the previous demon king, or his family has some kind of history with demons. Maybe the previous demon king is actually his dad or something, they look similar enough.
2. he's slowly becoming more demonic because of the run-off from his ring. I mean, if using enough high-grade spells caused a ring to develop a demon, I don't see why it wouldn't also cause Iruma to become more demon-like.
Both of these are based on the fact that I just don't think Iruma is fully human. His grandpa wouldn't be so determined to make him the demon king otherwise... UNLESS:
3. the previous demon king was ALSO human... or maybe just something else entirely?

I'm more of the 3rd theory, the previous demon king was a human with abilities. Because when the ring that Iruma got was first introduced, it mmediately made me think of the Ring of Solomon, which was said to control/seal demons, though in here it just absorbs powers from demons - which in a way does "control" a demon, because Iruma now controls their power as his own. And in regards to Solomon, lots of books like to use him as s human that has contracts with numerous demons. So, I wouldn't be surprised if the story went that way too.

Especially when you're basically trying to sell her off, idiots. Of course she isn't interested in meeting that weirdo. I'm so glad she's so stuck on the age thing, a lot of manga's ignore disturbing age gaps. I am also super glad that she's close in age to the male lead. All of the other options knew her in her previous life so that's... slightly less creepy of them? Plus she's clearly not ending up with any of them so like. could be worse.
aaaand it looks like the ol' "corrupting uncle" trope's coming into play...
