Probably because Dojin wants to believe in the best in people. Since he tends not to judge people, he would be more likely to ignore her warning. Plus he has more years with that guy than her. I mean, they are truly childhood friends, would you believe your significant other if they told you your best friend is cray cray?And on top of that, before Dojin meet Tae hee, he didn't even consider being in a same sex relationship. So trying to tell him that his best childhood friend is possible in love with him....yeahhh, you would probably loss all credibility at that point.
Maybe he wouldn't have completely believed it at spot but things would fall into place... But as jinju figured things out by herself, dojin probably just ignored the signals bc he treasures shan :( the betrayal ugh

I just read that their condition was bad when they were born.
They appear to be doing just fine after Hyun found out he was a female lycan. (They said the reason the babies were gonna be stillborns was because he didn’t know about them and he had a strong belief he was a male lycan.)

Actually there was a chapter in between where they were visiting Yangyang and Huan's house with the others. I think it was Christmas. Wen and Yuan was wearing a matching scarf. Forgot which chap was that. So I kind of figure out they will be together because of that earlier chapter.
But this is 6 years after the ending... I thought this was the biggest time skip lol
So I'm guessing he wants to tell her what he assumes, that bil had a male lover and only married her for show... Pretty convinient of him. But I guess their family knows that he has a crush on the cousin and don't like that. Also the cousin seems to have a weird relationship with the family. Idk everything is confusing lol
