This...wrapped up really quickly. I don't know, there were such strong emotions in the characters, I felt like there was more story that needed to be told. Hopefully there's another volume.
I recently started watching the Blu-ray of this and it blows my mind how much character development and story progression was in the early chapters. I forgot how often we saw Kyoko and Ren together and see their characters and relationship progress, while also seeing Kyoko steadily rise up in the showbiz.
Things have seemed so stagnant for a while now in these last chapters (〜￣△￣)〜
Well they each have their own lives and kyokou *is* a rising star
Never said she wasn't, but we're 277 chapters in and we MIGHT get to see Ren confess. Or we'll just get trolled by some random thing that'll keep these two from ever expressing their feelings until several chapters later.
Well you can think of it as trolling or you can think of it as realistic development. As for me, I enjoy the manga and the pace and dont feel bitter because I know it's happening eventually. That being said, ofc I still want him to finally confess, it just doesnt seem fair to complain so much about progress when, as you pointed out, they haven't had much interactions recently

I love this manga, really I do, but this mangaka can spend CHAPTERS of just mindless banter and nothing interesting happening between characters, but all of a sudden, when the plot finally picks up, the chapters get shorter and shorter!

2) maybe I'm just a light sleeper, but I find it hard to believe in these yaoi stories that these guys (sober and non-drugged) could just lay there in a deep sleep while all this stuff is being done to them. As soon as my door is opened I start waking up, and if someone actually touches me, I'm shocked wide awake ╮(￣▽￣)╭
