it's been a while since i read the novel but from what i remember: green tea bitch thinks ruby and her brother are together so she tries to catch them together and expose them by bringing iz and his sister to a room (where ruby and her brother are to catch them "in the act"). instead they find ruby's brother abusing her and iz becomes furious (=・ω・=) there's no misunderstanding from what i remember at least but i could be wrong.
