In my region, rape is considered the absolute worst crime of all crimes, worse than murder. It really, really saddens me to see the culprits get off without consequences, just because ' boo hoo, poor him, he's also suffering'. No, if suffering can be used as an excuse for crime then there would no need for police. I'm sorry for ranting, but I wonder how japanese society normally deals with sexual crime, if this kind of scenarios are depicted so frequently, i wonder if it's considered normal there.
The ml keeps saying that haraguchi is a good guy but I think he's just delusional. All I saw was an absolute failure of a human being till now.
