Looking for a manga where the son of the demon lord (uke) keeps trying to take down the rangers/heros even though all the demon lord wants to do is farm. Uke ends up falling for the leader of the heros (seme). Seme shows up at the demon lords farm to get uke back? I think?

It had multiple stories but I can only remember the one, the uke and seme are living together and the uke is more obviously possessive of the seme. But while they're eating the seme reveals that it takes a certain about of years for all your cells to regrow which means the the uke's body is made of things that the seme fed him. Meaning that the uke belongs to the seme. Sorry if this doesn't make sense, my memory isn't always great.
