The only way this could have been satisfiying is if Chika ended up with Gou and Yuuji had apologized properly. Then a spin off of a changed Yuuji realizing how much he fucked up and meeting someone else would have been nice.
Hmm personally I'm quite satisfied. Chika and Gou didn't really suit each other and yea basing a relationship on a history of previous cheating etc. isn't the best, but it's not impossible. I think the important thing is that they both changed after that incident and even if they are still insecure, start to have a real relationship. I think it's quite the perfect ending tbh.

Wow. I didn't know so many people disliked this manhwa o: I honestly really like it though haha. The writing is clearly not very good bc Gyaga is still lacking in that (even in her other work), but I really feel the love in the main couple. The only problem with them is that they were given too little time to develop in a mor satisfying way.
Up until their separation I was fine bc I could tell Sunhwa was more that over the sunbae (even after sleeping with him again, he was thinking of GoonHa and also in a horrible shape bc of his health, so not like he was gonna resist lol especially after finding out Goong Ha was going to marry). However, after the time skip it is extremely rushed how they find each other again. That's where I think Gyaga really failed.
About Goong Ha's feelings, I also truly believe he loves Sunhwa, although to this day I'm confused about how much emphasis was given to him and Sunhwa's long hair. It's not like he was imagining being with the other boy, but there was a connection to him at first. I think it's probably how the long hair reminded him of his past mistakes and regrets. Goong Ha wasn't even in love with the other kid, he was just especial to him bc of the 'not being scared to his touch' thing, as he himself explained.
Overall, after rereading this, I think the story is good and I love the main couple, but Gyaga's writing skills are really lacking. There should have been a bit more of them after the time skip.
Finally, something I've seen through the comments is how the ships are wrong(?). I completely disagree. Goong Ha made Sun Hwa happy and helped him get over his sad past with his cheerfulness and love. Sunhwa and Sunbae could have never worked bc Sunbae is messed up and just needs to solve his issues. Goong Ha was never in love with You Jin, so it's not like he had any past love there (maybe something further could have happened at some point, but that wasn't what connected them). Goong Ha always saw Sun Hwa for who he is, he was just still dealing with his guilt for not being on time for You Jin. The rest of the characters are also fine with their pairs lol the guy from Sunbae's past clearly never got over him and still loves him and that's what that sunbae needs to be better; inconditional love. Sun Hwa could have never given him that simply bc he didn't want to deal with him.
