I remember reading on unofficial translations that he gives mc smth and later mc says that his stomach hurts then later he loses baby if I recall. I didn't understood it because English was bad and now I think it's nearing to that part or idk, but for the people that read the novel or know. Did he actually poison him, or was it on his own part with the miscarriage? Is the cafe guy a bad guy or just a salty person?

I read the novel. It was his own actions that led to the miscarriage. I remember his "friend" visited him and he had flash backs about the cafe owner, but I don't think he ever gave him anything recently. The miscarriage is because he was drinking, taking sleeping pills, and I can't remember if it was inhibitor or birth control. The doctor and the seme even asks him about it cause it's the cause and he says he didn't think he was going to get pregnant.
