From my assumption the actor probably heard about the main guy from that narcissistic girl. He might even like the main guy hence the heart beats. It's called "inner beauty" They will fall for each other not because of their physical(self) looks but because of who they are aka their personalities.

Honestly to me. Ren is just stating his opinion though it seems harsh what he said isnt wrong. I'm glad Ren said this, it may not be the best way but it'll help drive the romance plot forward.

This is the sequel to you're my princess! And. i loved it! The main guy had a great character development/growth! Sadly the only thing I did not like was "that" the main guy may have been a brat bully in the first one but he definitely did not deserve "that"
