He first starts emitting pheromones when he was about to get gang-grape on their first night, there the prosecutor finally can smell his for the first time and telling him he was lying about being a scentless omega, which, stress him more and it turns him into the forced heat cycle because the proshitcutor aint helping at all by adding more to the misery by also emitting his own alpha pheromones. So i guess, it's all still because of the stress, also pregnancy can be a cause of stress too
