Nope, what the god of Harmony did back then was to help Anubis share the curse he already had with Seth, by turning Anubis' severed cursed arm into the black bracelet that Anubis later on gave to Seth, and which is the same cursed black bead bracelet Seth has been wearing on his wrist ever since: this didn't remove Anubis' curse, because the other half still stayed on Anubis' own shoulder, but it served to make Seth carry one half of this curse himself, sharing it with Anubus, and the goal was to force Seth to share Anubis' plight and start proactively looking for a way to make amends and appease the curse's souls in order not to also end up getting slowly erased from existence, by the curse, same as it was happening to Anubis.
Osiris was the initiator in every single thing that happened to Anubis, while Anubis' mother ENABLED Osiris by staying silent EVERY SINGLE TIME something happened. Anubis wouldn't have ended with that curse on his arm if he had managed to become a god earlier, and he might have done so if his mother had chosen to tell him that the clue to recover his body's natural growth was by forfeiting the role as Seth's son.
