there was a scene in the anime where the brothers became sick, and ichimatsu was trying to infect osomatsu with his cold, because he was annoyed at him.

The author's style of using slice of life in a comedic way with a little bit of drama is very refreshing. You can actually say that its shounen ai but it's softcore yaoi.
The development of the characters are well-written and did not leave any questions on their pasts.
