Well some spoilers/not so spoilers if you’ve been keeping up with the other comments with spoilers. A lot of people already know who she’s gonna end up with and that’s Arwin. If you take a look at the raws you’ll see that Arwin got her a doll that looks like her. I just realized from another comment that the doll is shown to be held by Latte in the cover. Also from the last pic fro the author there’s the same image of latte like in the cover, but arwin stands behind her c:

I don’t really get why people are saying that these are flashbacks? I checked on some of the comments saying something about it being flashbacks cause the background is black or something?? But in Never understand, the backgrounds were also black. I’m confused, someone please explain to me why people are saying that these are flashbacks.

Anyways I just now realized that the two of them both have beauty marks/moles ;o

Am I the only one who’s still confused as to what the plot is? Like was her sister (red head) the one who was empress in their past lives and our female lead just a bystander? I need some explanations cause I’m getting all the info mixed up.

Yeah, I get the difference between the two girls with red hair, I was confused as to what happened with our female lead (black hair) and her sister. I was confused on if her sister (red hair) was the one who went to the palace in the past? And if our female lead decided to take her place on coming to the palace instead. Cause I’m confused on if the female lead’s sister was originally with the emperor, and if the female lead wasn’t involved with them, only part of the ones who happened to get executed along with the sister

It probably makes no difference either way, though, because in those times justice usually declared families of the culprits of certain types of crime as "guilty by association". This being a story by an Asian autor, it probably follows the "Nine familial exterminations" rule for triators even if it's placed in a Westernish setting.

So I copied and pasted the Japanese title (under alternate names) into google and found some raws.

Now don’t take my word for everything cause I don’t know Japanese and the raws skip to chapter 6-7. I’m just assuming from the images I saw. Anyways it seems like there was a misunderstanding somewhere and that there were many letters going on? I dunno if he wrote letters to her, or if they actually reached her. It seems he also didn’t like his supposed “fiancé”. So I saw that he ran and went to look for our female lead in their past lives. But he was too late, there was an empty room left and he and some lady talked about what happened to her. It seems like he found out what happened and cried. That’s all I know

I’ve seen the raws and all I can say is:
ᵘʷᵘ ₍ᵔ·༝·ᵔ₎

It’s so soft and fluffy, the art style is so cute. I noticed that the art style does change a little from simple and soft to detailed and HD (high quality improvement oMg). It seems that the uke and seme both like each other and are happy (so far up to chap.27 only). Also seme seems to be head over heels for uke, like a puppy.

Time to add this to another one of my “disappointed/worst endings list”.
In case you haven’t finished the story, go past my comment and finish it before you continue reading. Cause there’s gonna be spoilers down here:

I had a feeling since the beginning that kaga wouldn’t have ended up with her, so I got to the ending and I was right. Kaga was there for the female lead this whole time, and the other dude was rarely seen as much. It’s like the author was like, “lemme just throw kaga away in the trash while I put my ship together suddenly at the end. Thanks tho kaga for contributing and sticking by our female lead’s side the whole time but you’re not needed anymore. I’m just gonna draw a cute ending for my fave black haired boy.” Like now I just need a whole story on just Kaga, no one else in this manga. Poor boy was so understanding too, he brushed off his rejection with: “you owe me food ahaha ^~^” Kaga deserves better, somebody who will actually love, appreciate and think about him. He’s out of her league (my brutally honest opinion)

Okay so first of all, male lead got me annoyed a lot. Though I couldn’t hate him, and it’s not like I actually even disliked him, I just disliked some of the things he did and certain parts of his personality.

At first I disliked how he didn’t even leave a note or when he sent that “letter” he didn’t even explain why he left or if he when he would see her next, literally only five words on the paper. But as I kept reading, I just realized that he’s just really really dumb, and he doesn’t actually have intentions of purposefully hurting our female lead. Add to the fact that he’s unable to say: “no” to people and he can’t seem to confront a dude who he thinks is going after the female lead. All I was thinking in my head was: “GROW SOME DANG BALLS AND MAN UP AND GET YO GIRL!!!!” (凸ಠ益ಠ)凸
I didn’t really have any problems with our female lead cause she seemed to only focus on working, even when she was approached by a dude who likes her, she only had thoughts of “if she wanted to move on” and I couldn’t blame her after feeling down for so long. But she only talked to that second lead dude and ate out, had drinks, but in the end she didn’t actually want to take up his offer to date. It’s nice that she didn’t use him as a rebound. Anyways I’m happy for the two main characters. It was an emotional rollercoaster, there were times where I wanted her to move on, only because he didn’t push to contact her, so I thought it would be his own fault if she moved on, but I also felt sad if the thought of them not being together. I can’t seem to hate the male lead though as I know he didn’t have bad intentions and technically he left to go work for her
