Welcome♡ and yes, they discontinued it. We found artist's last comment about the work, it seemed like the work was planned to be till last chpt but not more. So I guess saying "dropped" might be not so correct way to say, but more like planned to stop on last chpt.
Artist is Taiwanese and he/she got offer from Japan to work on this few volumes of novel. So the question goes more to Japan publishers, why they discontinued it.
But hey anyway, it has Mahua remake which have over 120chpts to enjoy.

What?! The artist of this manga is the same of To Be or Not to Be??? You just made my day! I love that artist, I didn't even realized it was the same and I was kind of sad this story was discontinued because that meant the artist maybe wasn't working on anything new now.
