Ugh i read this a while ago and I think i felt the same then, this one goes too far left of field with the rape, I feel like the younger brother would have never formed an emotional attachment SO easily with a rival half blood who raped and wounded him...like there is no real connection behind it all, i know it's yaoi (though not what i'd call a 'women's ideal gay relationship' kind of yaoi) But yeah too much.
