Basically FL was actually the Villainess (1st life) reincarnated to Korea (2nd life) and was just brought back (3rd life). So from the beginning she's always been Illiana from the 1st life. In the 1st life she hated her family so much that she planned on getting caught kidnapping Mag to have her family and herself killed but that didn't work. And she forgot about her 1st life when she got reincarnated to Korea. So she had no idea when she was put back into the 'novel'. And it seemed like Mag couldn't go through with his plan to abandon Illiana like he did in the 1st life but then Illiana remembered everything and found out about the cabin so she got scared that Mag would do the same thing as he did in the 1st life. So she decided to runaway thinking that she'll get betrayed in the end.
