The ML is a psychopath was diagnosed, her mother is a psychiatrist. He isn’t trying to get revenge on MC or anything he just wants the diary of his ex-lover bf of MC that’s in his apartment. They have met before or in the past, but ML doesn’t remember, bec part of his trait as a psychopath if you’re not interesting to him or you won’t benefit him in any way, he doesn’t remember your face literally. Only Mc remembers meeting him a couple of times, this is also going to be a plot in the story later on… if you’re asking when did ML noticed MC and become obsessed with him, it was during his performance when he was invited to play in that party. In the novel it was described as ML’s world literally stopped when he saw him performing. He got a hard on right there and then. He wanted to own MC, literally in his POV he wanted to rape him. But, he can’t since he wanted to earn his trust. He really can’t feel the emotion like love, it’s also part of the plot how they both will compromise and adjust on ML’s abnormality.

I think I remember someone spoiled on the comment section before that MC's dead friend was gangbang @ rape & its connected with with ML (whether he's the one who organized that party or else). Bet his dead friend wrote everything the the diary but MC has not read it yet.

I was so shocked in the story when max killed his father. And M became the main villain, I thought the story was slowly moving towards them. Getting redemption of some sort. But I guess not.

someone already discussed this on an earlier comment but basically it's because they never influenced him to call them mother/father and I think it would be weird if he started calling someone mother when there's nobody resembeling that figure, tbh it's way better this way just like how some parents teach their kids to call them certain ways kokone and nagi just didn't and he just calls them by their pref3red names
