I actually don't mind potato Caska that much because her trauma and her broken relationship with Gatts made up for many interesting and sad scenes, which make both of them very relatable. Problem is, considering the 25th volume of Berserk was released in 2003, and in that volume Gatts was already with his full Dungeons and Dragons party, between hiatus and whatnots, fans've been waiting for Caska to come back for more than 15 years (well, in my case, Berserk was released in my country around 2007, so I've "only" been reading it for 10 frigging years).
We're bound to be fed up. Especially because she's little to no presence in the group, like... she helped develop annoying Farnese into less-annoying-Farnese and some other things, but other than the fact Gatts loves her a lot, she's been losing momentum. Thank god for these new chapters, even if we got a ridiculous pre-hiatus I-am-to-lazy-for-subtlety forrest of dick creatures. I want me some warrior Caska, because her fierceness and awkward delicacy were what made me adore her.
