I hate misunderstandings though its unavoidable (^~^*)

Humans respond to their surroundings. She is just too used to negative reinforcement. So I'd say it is easier said than done for her to just listen. And we know things will work out anyway.
There are tons of manga on this site where the male lead has had a rough life and thus acts out because of it. He pushes the female lead away, or he is very violent. But still he gets sympathy in the comments. I mean, I'm in the middle of reading one where the female lead's brother poisoned her and has been shown threatening to kill the maids. But lately he's been behaving cutely towards his sister. So now folks are hoping for redemption for him. And another where the male lead has a tragic past, but also he's been brainwashing people and even caused the death of the female lead in a previous timeline. But folks are upset at the female lead for not trusting him. In light of stories like that I think its kinda weird to see some folks reaction to this female character's anger.
Like, I'd think our collective tolerance for misunderstandings and bad behavior would be a bit higher??? I know we have all read characters do worse than reflexively get mad a a dude for laughing when it has been implied that dudes laugh at her all the time. â•®( ̄▽ ̄)â•

To be honest I can't stand stories where theale leads get away with anything just be sure of a tragic pass or a sudden change of heart while female leads are often criticized for the same. I am not saying there is anything bad with her reaction just that sometimes being too sensitive causes you to see and hear only what you want or don't want to see or hear. A person can experience a harsh and even cruel past, but if they spend all their time looking for others to treat them harshly or cruelty they will miss the small gestures of kindness that do get shown to them. Trusting people is always a risk, but you can't learn to trust people or believe in them if you don't take that risk. Expecting every male knight to laugh at her and getting angry over it is a waste of energy. She can't stop them from laughing, so why get so wrapped up in that she can't listen clearly. He clearly said that the princess had tea all down her dress, yet the Dame heard him say that she should put on a dress and serve him tea. Even when he said that he wasn't laughing at her she said she didn't believe him. She just wanted an excuse to get angry at him, and nothing her said would have changed that. That is her wrong, if anything were wrong in the situation. Which goes back to my original statement. The misunderstanding could have easily been avoided had she not been so prepared to be angry anyway and had listened to him rather than hearing what she wanted and reacting to it.

I love how I feel like I know exactly the manhwas you're reading. And yes I agree that though she misunderstood, it's pretty much imminent considering what seems to be her awful surroundings. She probably already gave away second chances to others as well thinking about maybe she misunderstood them and was left betrayed still at the end, which gives the reason for her being that way. It most certainly is a shame that because of this, she would end up missing out on the genuine acts of kindness and/or mistake but we can't help it. I mean even the guys were being discriminated at first, what more of her? It truly is sad but I hope they both end up having a great relationship! It could be friendship or more than that but I just truly wish they end up being goofy goody with one another ^_^
