Is the crown prince really the emperor's son? I skipped a few sappy chapters
its just the rumors. I dont think its true though cause the empress detest the duke. You clearly see she was always seething whenever the duke is there. And the emperor and the chancellor pointed out many similarities between the emperor and the prince such as their pettiness, anger etc. For tbe different hair color, i think its bcs of the genes. My sister dont look like my father nor mom but she definitely look like my grandma whe she was young. Well we dont know for sure. Lets hope for the next chapters ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
The translation is so weird. Who's duke? And what abt the princess? Is that her father or her uncle? Who lost the throne to whom?
The one voicing those thoughts is the emperor, and the duke is someone who used to be another member of the royal family and elligible for the throne, but lost the competition with the current emperor, That duke is the father of the head maid that serves the blond princess (the maid that gets called "Princess Ivanya" even though she's not an "imperial" princess), and it seems both father and daughter are related to the royal family and may have been in the line of succesion but where taken out in favor of the current emperor, for some reason that we don't know yet. Keep in mind there are kingdoms and times where the firstborn prince isn't necessarily the one who actually gets to sit on the throne, like for example in kingdoms where the custom is for the king makes all his sons compete with one another in order to choose the most efficient one as the next ruler...
Can someone pls spoil me

So basically she succeeds in returning to her world. I don’t remember in great detail or whatever, but she learned that in order for her to return to her original world, she has to be killed in a natural way (probably meaning she can’t commit suicide but I’m not sure about the exact conditions for this). —— she and her knight fall in love with each other. Though I think she made him kill her and burn her body so that she can return to her world (I don’t know how or why). She needed to have her body burnt so that the priest guy can’t revive her and pull her back into this world. —— don’t remember if this is true, but all three guys (prince, priest, and that warrior dude) end up falling in love with her I think?? As for Helena, I don’t think she actually wanted to get married to the crown prince, more like she was forced to since regardless, she is someone of lower status and refusing the crown prince is probably really difficult for her. —— After FL returns to the world I think it was hinted that she met the knight there (probably like the “alternate universe” type stuff) but yea that’s it
