Im a forgetful person but i think i can try remembering some.
So basically the uke finally wakes up from intoxication and leaves the seme (he broke up with him) and finally live for himself. He have vacations to Europe i think and found a fling there. Seme finds out and got mad. He search for the uke and stalked him. He also kidnapped him at some point and bring him to a private island. The uke got tired of it and want to leave again. The seme suddenly cry making the uke's heart soft. But still, the uke hasnt forgive him.
The seme then did everything he could so that the uke forgive him. He improves his temper, became more appreciative and kind towards the uke. He also got injured protecting the uke when the uke got kidnapped by his mom rival company to the point of having broken ribs. Tbh im soft when the seme starts crying and telling the uke to not leave him, he(seme) needs him, he wont do it again, he will be good, just dont leave him; He even retires from the entertainment industry to sing to uke for his entire life. In the end, the uke gives him another chance but he slowly warming up to him

Actually in volume 3 of the novel, after kang and juheon reunited again at the cafe, there was brief backstory of kang after juheon left him. It was detailed there how he lead a promiscuous life, how he was diagnosed with the link and was on the hunt to find the omega he linked with. This fact was used by Moochan in the later chapters to provoke Kang. Moochan told juheon about it, but, juheon does not care about it and told him that they love each other. I'm not sure if this part will be included in the webtoon.

I was actually quite confused as to why it did not cross his mind that juheon might possibly his link since juheon was the only one he had sex with in the manhwa. And so, I read novel. That's where I found out Kang fucked around with a lot of people so, he was not sure who he imprinted with.
