PAT ON THE BACK FOR DISCOVERING AND CONTINUING THIS!!! best gl, best manhua in general so far. this is what women loving women feels like, what women losing women shown. my first fem4fem so beautifully well plotted, standard so high now!! the outfits even the hairstyle are so pretty, it really gives that glamour in c entertainment industry, really pleased. really can't believe this thing exist. didn't expect much but the time travel pursuing ex would carry the story but - IT GAVE MORE THAN THAT. questions and wonders to the situation while reading the story are eventually and satisfyingly answered and shown. it's not only about a failed relationship or over shallow reason but also their individual stories and struggles behind, their failure they feel within their selves that end up like that. doubtful at first but tears and snot were shed! yan's struggle as a talented but low esteemed artist, living as a forced independent,, xiu's nature, her love and understanding support as a partner questioning her own self . like it was realistic also well constructed as if the author wrote down h/er first hand experiences that happened in her life. kinda felt bad for a'xiu from the present, started tearing up when you realized she never get to experienced the chase the make up and the appreciation from yan that she couldve gotten. or yan couldnt love her at best, she love her but is cage— rooted from her environment that she kinda 'tried' to free from. indeed a tragic and heartwarming story, entertainingly. theres a lesson that have to be slapped to realize and utilize. i like the behaviour and decisions axiu made basing on what happened in the past. its realistic. yan giving all her hundred percent of her love this time, hope to see more bonding scene of them like dates or as if they're in a getting to know each other stage again. :c

exes to lovers LFGOOOO!!! dynamic kinda cliche but the angst plot be hooking and cooking and hope they actually cook with this bcs it'd be a waste if they didn't.
crazy to discover this thru someone's album so i went for the smut and somehow stayed for the plot. tho with some aspects being frown worthy, the author lowkey smart or just really great with how they made the action and twist of situations for the plot that is CIA and corruption executed well. basically could've started better esp when the pair's build up in younger days already a great start up for their romance.

nice story, didnt expect much from the artstyle but it's exes to lovers and it went pretty good. not overdone, it's so smooth and a decent read. the scene where ml started to get more mad about jihyo's want in her life other than kids and a bit oppose to his mom's was kinda bothering, for the sake of plot and jihyo to reveal her trauma, sure. atleast he finally get it and finally get to confirm how he loves her as her by actions and from that final panels. jihyo growing and overcoming her self problem all for love, for herself and for her very love one.

finished 'for you who grieves' and saw this very story from the same author, girly is LOCKED IN as soon as i found out the similar plot! first read kissing all them fingers in delight already, it was giving LOOKISM it was giving MONOCHROME RUMOR a really hooking start and flow. i like and truly appreciate they made the physical body of taek to react to its muscle memory of trigger and feelings, it's so done right its good that they insert that detail. the IMAGERY/visualization inserted and the dialogues that are well written.
heechan def my character that really matters the most, best boy. too focus on the plot, each men showing as possible ml didnt actually felt matter. thought it' be the c president(ew) but that'd be weird, then the dog (mj) but the first look wasn't giving so ig it's the gym guy then cause he was the FOINEST til its really minjae. oh they cuuute, was sceptical for his character and the relationship but the dynamic and trope seals it all.
some point in reading experience felt like enjoying a shounen as if i didn't start this for the bl. more into heechan's mission and taek's lore with a poke tickle romance on side. was feeling it all not until the andy thing, like i was expecting the flow of the mc's romance would be more raw with their everyday 'bond' but inserting the andy thing for hc jealous arc and feelings to occur just felt forced in a story that's just flowing smoothly but anyway- minjae and hc alone is butterflies already can't wait for the further feelings. it's an overall interesting and packaged story. its well done, you can tell the author took notes and put effort for the plot's structure .
