i dont think kihoon would think yeon was ghosting him because they literally just confessed their love to each other. also remember in one of earlier episodes when yeon's head got injured and he was bleeding when the red thread tied them up together for a quest and how worried sick kihoon was after he found out? so this time im guessing he would think similar thing happened to yeon. and the worst thing is, he probably would blame his own self again :(
