Ok, I usually don't answer questions on here that often but this is one I relate to a lot and I worry a little bit about the responses you might get.
I think the main thing to consider right now is whether or not you are clinically underweight. And if this is something that genuinely worries you go to a doctor before coming to mangago for advice ......
