Sadly they’re not the same at all. The other manga you’re talking about makes everything feel worth it but this one as the chapters go on it started to feel lame and pointlessly do not start reading this thinking it’s like the other one cuz the other one is highly superior to this one
thought it would b typical ugly duckling type of story but its pretty cute how close she got with michael and his uncle. negl didnt find it racist like ppl in the comments did bc this really how shallow and colorist most societies are not to mention to me it sorta felt more close to the horrible style of orange foundation some british girls wear lol
negl what i loved most about this was how healthy the main couples relationship is and how adrians smiles at damia everytime he sees her (▰˘◡˘▰) insane how they dodged every textbook manwha conflict just by having actual communication fjfhdhjxb this being so rare in webtoons it almost feels rigged ╮(￣▽￣)╭
ended up reading the raws using the iphone safari translator which picks up most the words on the images and with the info from the already scanlated chapters it made understanding the rough translation a bit easier. theres 52 chapters negl i enjoyed it the plot was interesting enough. leaving this as a comment for anybody else tht ends up coming by this page lol

while the plot and antagonist was bit cliche, i liked the moments both mc connected slowly and overcame their pasts while showing patience for each other. but negl the afterstory with the past queen story had me actually engaged i was impatient to see the next chapter lol
