Is wearing clothes while sex a cultural thing? Or an BL thing? Because mostly the buttom is (nearly) nacked but the top is sometimes even in full clothing. Why? I don't geht it.
Well I guess they want to show, that thex are so in love (or heat, at least some), they want to rush into it. So no time to get rid of the clothes. So only the necessary parts are removed. And most BL are into the "the bottom has sensitive nipples", so they have to remove the shirt for them too.
And I guess some mangaka are just more confident in drawing clothes, than body parts. Because muscles and joints look different with different positions and if you don't have someone modeling for you, it can look off easily. While clothes are easier, not only can everyone imagine it easily, farbic has a certain way it folds/falls, so you would instantly recognize if something was odd and can easily change it. Body parts are harder to imagine. Don't know how often I read comments on how weird some positions/body parts looked in some works.

If you stop chapter 1 you miss the wohle point. The little brother is crazy and abusive, even different from the disgusting fuck buddy but I would say even worse.
It's not an easy story.
I read this somewhere else and I would say you miss nothing out by but reading it. Is has it's moments but I wasn't into the story very much. I liked that the violinist has struggles too but everything feels so unrealistic. Everything is too easy than too bad and too easy again. That makes it like a cartoon and I can't bring myself to be invested in the story.
But in the other hand it's not bad. I don't like that parts are behind a patreon wall but the manga itself is not bad. it's just not good either. For a story about "good isn't enough you need to be special" it's lacking for this itself.
I didn't thought after that they could have such a good and wholesome ending! I'm so happy!
I like the story bug I wished there wouldn't be a rape scene. Else I really like it. Also the Ex who is just an asshole. I don't like him but I like that he's an asshole even he's not abusive and stiff like that. Because a person don't need to be the worst ever happened to be worth to be hated.
