I think Nanjo initially agreed to that deal thinking it will help his little lover get out of an abusive relationship with mokyeon, like just being a nice guy. Coz at the start it was obvious that he was hatin on anything mokyeon does that is bordering on intimate or lover like. Then he kept on agreeing to meet with mokyeon, and soon was catching *supposed* feelings, or might also be he started enjoying being on the receiving end?
Speculations, but he could be a curious little cat who doesnt want to admit to himself that he likes taking on the passive role coz it is a little too gay than the level of gay he is ready to accept?
