But at the end, they destroyed the manor themselves, so ultimately she isn't left with all that much. I don't want to think like this but it felt like a betrayal to dean. Knowing that if there's a next season, it would go like this- them meeting, her love rekindles, and dean accepts her. Which is pretty much what happens in such mangas.
But why can't we see Dean happy with someone else too. Yes , she doesn't love the van der guy, but I think they will have kids too cuz it's been 7 years and they were talking about it.
So I don't understand how the next season will play out. I just want Dean to be free from this and live a happy life , man. He deserves peace too. I just feel bad fr him.

I don't wanna sound mean. I actually do like this manhwa to have read till it's latest update. But my only question is why is the mc's companion always females... I mean it looks too forced.like the author is trying to create as many potential interests for the mc. Maybe I'm forgetting a lot of plot cuz it's been so long since I read this before the hiatus. But I have always felt this while reading this manhwa. Why is there a need of annoying female characters - who he himself calls baggage. First the red-head.. in between I think there were two-three more such characters. And now the new Korean girl.
I wish it was more versatile. We could see more of male characters instead of this extensive harem like thing. That's just my opinion tho. I still like the manhwa and will continue till the end.

Every helpful or significant character somehow ends up being female, and they all develop romantic feelings for the protagonist.

International audience mostly read on pirated sites man. These kinda sites are banned there. Japan and Korea bans this kinda sites. Youre thinking successful in an internartional way, but why do you think this kinda trope is popular in manwha and mangas? Because this kinda trope is targeted towards paying audiences. Thats why a lot of manwhas and manga have the same plots, because that kinda plot is what pays the bills.

The story, characters and the plot are all excellent but I think the reason we like this manhwa and has been consistently reading it is cuz there's no annoying female characters. Action manhwas , especially for me, loses their charm, when annoying or super arrogant female characters are introduced and the mc doesn't deal with them.
I hope this story continues as it is without adding unnecessary romance and bullshit.
