Ffs.. Grandpa you are so old. Wife and kids will not stay with you unless you're a good husband and man. They are not here for you so you won't feel alone when you get older. That's selfish af. Let people choose the path they want for themselves. Being single is not bad either - I know it's not the case for his grandson because he's gay and prob wants to have a boyfriend, but he thinks he can't. But I know a lot of single people that are happy the way they are. If your friendship is real, friends will be here for you in the future... It's like "who will give you a glass of water if you won't have kids?" Like.. you have hands, get it yourself, kids aren't here for taking care of you in the future, that's super selfish, like if you're as*hole don't get mad at your partner and your kids if they don't want to take care of you when you get old. It's all about being a good person and finding a good partner you feel safe with and you both love each other. Just because you'd find a wife doesn't mean you will get everything grandpa was talking about in the future. I'm sorry, he prob didn't mean anything bad by that but it gets me so angry because I have a lot of people irl close to me that think this way and it's just so annoying. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

They finally got together and i swear... if the author would do something to break this bond I will loose my mind. Let them be happy plz. I'm ok with a story involving Khaol like.. maybe see what his lover's (the brown haired guy) problem is and fix it so they could have a happy end together and don't bother MC in any way shape or form but I'm not ok with Khaol invading MC's love story and I hope this selfish mf would leave him and Heil alone.
I swear if I didn't watch The Untamed before I'd be so lost in the story by now. Partially becauce they all look almost the same and the only thing I recognize them for is clothes and their colors. ╥﹏╥
I want to :O But is the english translation finished?
You could find he english translation here: https://exiledrebelsscanlations.com/category/grandmaster-of-demonic-cultivation/
Untamed tells quite a different story. you should read the novel. from all the adaptations I think The Untamed deviates the most from the original story.
Omg yes, actually about halfway through the untamed I literally couldn’t stand it anymore bc I just felt something was so wrong and then I just paused it and read the entire novel before coming back and just skipping to the end lmao. Seriously, a flashback that lasted 40 something episodes???
What's untamed?
The Untamed is a live action of Mo Dao Zu Shi
Good thing after ep 2 i drop the untamed. I just finished reading the novel and I felt that the live action is somewhat lacking so i jumped to the donghua which I really find so satisfying ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Thanks for letting me know(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
WWX died on episode 33
It really does. The flashback almost killed me. It was soooo long! However, I do think they did a good job. While most of the homo is cut out with only small hints like the chicken thing, they still relatively stayed on the storyline. Anyone could see through the censoring since they kept on staring meaningfully at each other like dean and castiel. But what did you expect? It's China. The country has a harder time with homosexuality than the US. Otherwise the relationship would be as gay as possible without the sex.
Don't listen to them , people who dropped the untamed after few eps dont have the right to judge the series at all , the live action is actually the best adabtation , I watched and read everything related to mdzs and I can tell that the untamed crew did an amazing job portraying their feelings for eo even tho china's censorship is too strict ㅠㅠ I don't think they could've do any better tb

Wow ok (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I mean... I really liked The Untamed and I think every adaptation of MDZS is worth watching/reading etc. ! You just have to throw away the thought that everything needs to have the same plot and look at it differently, like "it's a different thing, it's new but you can see that someone spent a lot of time on it and it's nice"
Omg yess I totally loved the untamedd ╥﹏╥ I feel like watching it again anytime soon they changed some details but I still love the story eitherwayy
YAS TASTE!!
I actually did watch the entire drama kek, and they did a pretty good job portraying the relationships, I just had a big problem with the pacing of things. In the book the backstory is spread out in little chunks and sprinkled throughout and I liked that bc you kinda get a little break from it and get to see the stuff happening present time, but in the drama they compiled the entire backstory into one giant really long flashback and also added like. The Yin metal plotline which I kinda didnt see the point of at all. Even before I read the novel I was super confused why the yin metal pieces thing was even relevant, it just seemed kinda forced in
Personally, I’ll say the audio drama is by far my favorite adaptation of the series. 10/10 voice acting, and stays very close to the original
