I love this manga despite the completely unnecessary rape.
People criticize the blackmail but, it was pretty much nonexistent since Yuito didn't mind and Mitsu deleted it right after anyway.
Others would say that the biting was almost self-sacrificial since Yuito didn't like pain but still let Mitsu bite him but, in the end, Yuito bites Mitsu too and is pretty much a borderline masochist; he chooses to see his scars as things to cherish and there are many people like that. It hurts but feels good and happened during a pleasurable time with his lover so he won't complain.
It's pretty much like a kid getting hit accidentally while playing with a friend; it hurts but, it's unnecessary to make a fuss because they were playing.
Anyway, point is, this manga was awesome. The rape really wasn't necessary, but I suppose it was just the author's way of speeding up their feelings to keep the story short.
