For sure results, you can only test after a certain point in the pregnancy and for a less invasive procedure you do it after birth. Granted, being in prison the only person who could really request one is the prosecutor who sucks and wouldn't think to unfortunately.
I'm confident that the author won't make angsty stuff and we'll continue to have fluffy love for the next season
