2. "And his nephew are in love with him?" ----> like the previous sentence w/ Seth, 'nephew' is a singular noun, not a plural one, so the verb should be IS not ARE. Should be: "And his nephew [is] in love with him?"
3. The last sentence has one misspelling and one missing word. Should be: "Is [incest] not a thing in their [world//universe//culture]?"
By the way, you get a gold star for using the correct "their" in that last sentence!

That's the thing. It's not weird to the gods, but they *are* starting to take on human views on things as part of the story. Such as marriage. This doesn't seem to extend to incest though. Also, the time period may not even have the *humans* caring about incest. They're already going around raping like it's nothing so I doubt they care about blood but who knows?
Humans too, at least the egyptian royals back then had kids with their nieces and sisters.
