Judging from the blonde(rich kid) could be a way of control wanting to not let go of his control of the ML and the ML started showing that he didnt need him and he has now established his own path. I feel this scares the blonde one ( he has no control of his own life constantly sick /loses matches etc) and the only control he did have is now branching out. Due to the MC in a way remember when he kissed him he knew the MC was watching or would come to the room. He’s manipulative it could be he did it for posession( control) or in his own way he was also jealous. That perhaps he grew some sort of attachment and (love in his twisted way) that he was seen for who he was by ML. And there was no way he could be rejected (or so he thought) lol. Only more chapters will tell .
