Not all expectant mothers are good with their job as a parent as soon as the child is born. And yes, there are people who seem not interested enough to take care of the baby because they have the luxury to do so (just like him: a chaebol, spoiled by his family and lover, young at age). But his behavior with baby Chacha was normal, at least he was composed enough to go to the hospital for his treatment. Give him time and he can be a more responsible mother just like Hyesung.
