Tracy is so intelligent, only to be extremely emotionally stunned.
and this flips between the two; sometimes even within the same sentence.
Most people who are intelligent don't have good social skills or are often emotionally stunted. It's like a wizard who's high stat in Intelligence and dumped their charisma.
She has yet learned to love. This has little to do with how intelligence she is. There is a mix of past trauma there. She did not use to be surrounded by love, so... she is apprehensive of people.
