Like... It seems as though the CEO has either been stalking him, and/or employing him behind the scenes, but he says “the person is the CEO” writer clearly and I don't know what person he's getting at. what happened 10 years ago was: an employee that was treated poorly placed a folder with documents detailing some kind of impropriety. during the daesung company's competition, mc found that folder. company reps realized what the folder was, and kicked him out immediately before he even looked at the folder. ml had not been the ceo at the time, and had been at the competition as a spectator on behalf of his father, the then ceo. he saw odd behavior from the company representatives at that time and collected some info on the event. then 3 years later, ml became ceo. next chapter might have more details, but at this point, he wasn't actually stalking him, it was a crossed paths/fate thing. they're together about decade after they would have met if the company reps didn't pull shit.
