I was super upset for him, and his broken at panel was AMAZINGLY well done. The emotion was visceral, but I just don't like any of the remaining characters but him and so the last stitch effort to Panther punch who I would argue is not as bad as much as he is worse, to death, falls so short. He lost all redeemablity the moment he raped mc, especially with such lack of remorse. I'm just so done with this I think.
Also, the is SOOOOO MUCH necessary rape in this and yet not even a single penis on chapter 69? Fail.

I felt like this was kinda sprung on us... I also agree with the person asking why are they still in a cafe? I mean I get wanting to not just be him and Yool, but then bring everyone somewhere less... Open. Guiding in Guideverse universes would be so incredibly personal, and opening up to your partners friends alone would be a lot, but once it got even deeper and possible absolutely devastating, they should have at least suggested to Howoo that they find somewhere more private to talk. It would feel like a more natural chapter break too, which this creator seems to just ignore as a possibility for the most part, which I mean fine, not doing so doesn't take anything away from the story but adding a more natural break does absolutely add to it.
I want to like Yool so, so much but he just is so controlling when he really doesn't need to be. I do get why, he's had a hell of a difficult life, but because it's done in such an unnecessary way for equally unnecessary reasons it feels like he's more incomplete than he is a complete ass. To be fair though, it makes me more frustrated with the character as a whole which is seemingly exactly how the author wanted us to feel about him right now. So... *shrug*

obsessed (?) with him? Infatuated? Date I say, in love? Taeseo if clearly addicted at the very least but when feelings are brought up, he pretends he has none. Even out adorable, perfect little cinnamon bun knows better. He questions how/why Taeseo could keep coming back if he didn't have feelings; at least if I'm remembering correctly... I still love him too though. He's just unaware that he's capable of carrying more than he ever has in the past. He put his boundaries out at the beginning and Yeomin is emotionally mature as fuck so if he starts to feel like he wants more, I don't doubt he'll just back out. He'd likely be sad for the loss but I've LITERALLY NEVER seen someone in tune with themselves as this adorable puppy of a man.
Yeomin is the most emotionally stable and responsible human I've ever been aware of, fictional or otherwise, and being he is in the mindfuck of a gene that is yaoi, that's MASSIVE. I think the less emotionally responsible person I've ever come across is also in this genre, but I can't tell you whom because of not tired for first, they just barely beat the competition by a nanotube.
Anyway, I'm here for the ride either way, pin intended. I just hope Taeseo doesn't say the wrong thing and hurt Yeomin. Just because he's the emotional equivalent of freaking Ghandi, doesn't mean he doesn't have a breakable heart.

I think I should explain something:
I knew he wasn't the one who chose his career. He had a misleading reputation and the cruelty behind his past actions wasn't his alone if at all. He isn't the dimwitted brute he's perceived to be. He was the hand of death for many, but the sword was not his to world, and the deed was not born of his evil. He is not evil. He was pushy, but always asked for consent. He was rough, but never cruel. He held the man he clearly lives captive for his own safety, but he was always kind in any way he could be without being ignorant. And worst of all, I foresee a lot of regret from his lover when the worst of what he has planned, comes to fruition.

Oh my! I agree with you so much and here are some people who are unable to understand that. It's always do or die situation. Well I am curious about your theories what are they!
So my one big theory is one of the following:
1. Mc poisons ml and right before he takes the poison, he falls in love with him. Either mc will have to take the poison himself or do something to prevent ml from interesting it. Although I have a feeling the method of assassination will end up being a weapon and mc will take the assault to save ml. Mc will be hurt but he'll be ok and they'll live as happily ever after as they can for a warlord and his boyfriend in the times they live in...
OR
2. Mc dies instead of ml, also in an attempt to save ml and because it will be after they confess to one another, ml will take his own life because he'll feel like the man he came to love was the only person who, although eventually, actually understood and accepted him.
If I were writing this, #2 is how I would end it, but I prefer to read happy endings. I just like writing stories that have the most impact because stories that effect is the most are the ones that stick with us the longest. I'm just also a happy go lucky person so sad stories kinda destroy my soul... I know it's a little bizarre lol.
