Chapter 6 was released last month in Japan. Chapter 7 & 8 will be release for September and October.

From what I understood from raws Renji is Haru fated and Eiji fiancee is a mf creep that uses his weakness to hold down Eiji. Eiji does have strong feelongs dor Haru but can not deny that RenjixHaru are fated. Oooh well all good in Yaoiland and Omegaverse world ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yes, from what I understand about omegaverse, only your fated person can make you in heat even if its not your heat cycle.

The English translation is fairly correct as to where I can understand, I am fiercely trying to obtain the manga it self, volume 2 that is, in Japanese but only found it in German and French so far. But there comes more drama just a bit more(▰˘◡˘▰)
