The person who uploaded it isn't a translator. It says that they got the screenshots from Tapastic (where the official translations are). Tapas is pg-13 so the author had to cut out scenes in order to post on to the app

For the app, the author made it pg-13. The uploader usually uses the official translated version and inserts the sex scenes which is why the sound effects arent always cleaned. Tapas has hints that there was a sex scene but it cuts out the "action" since it's against the guidelines. They recently got more strict and started blocking people from looking up certain stories since apple was complaining
