Also the game protects you from feeling any pain so it’s just virtual reality. Sure she's important but let's be real, romance isn't necessary? We're all here for the plot and the action, not for amy. Nobody wants to drop a good story just for some annoying female character. But it doesn't mean she's less annoying.
If the Author decides to add romance in an action story then good for him/her. Humans deserve love even in action genre as it’s part of humanity. As an adult you will understand but as children you want to demand a story goes the way they want. Drop it as I’m sure the author will do whatever they want.
