That is not healthy for anybody in the story, nor is it conducive to Jaek's development or healing. He still has a mentality of a child trying to heal from trauma, jealousy is going to fuck this up even more and take him off the course of his character development. You can't be asking the author for happy endings and bat-shit drama at the same time. Pick one.
THIS MANGA NEEEEEEDS ANIME ADAPTATION. Hot take: I'd eat this up over cherry wizard after 30 (i still love it btw). It checks all my boxes: comedy, romance, craziness, neighborhood policeman x yankee, possessive x tsundere, and FULL MOEEEEEE. The side pairings are loveable too
