I liked the story way too much. Yes the seme was creepy at some point but still IT IS PART OF THE STORY!
Once you get to the realisation that this is FICTION NOT REAL MADE UP NOT GOING TO HAPPEN IN REALITY IN LIKE NEVER! you will actually enjoy the story and the cuteness as a bonus.
