Kim Dan never had parents, only his grandma took care of him, he was bullied at school, the doctor he worked for tried to rape him and still he got fired from the job, he has issues with the loan sharks, he have shitty life and shitty childhood, but still he is not jerk like Jaekyung
No oneās denying that Dan had it rough. He absolutely did, and the fact that he stayed kind through it all says a lot about him. But trauma doesnāt affect everyone the same way.
Dan had his grandma, someone who loved and protected him. That matters. Jaekyung had no one. Just abuse, neglect, and survival. He didnāt get to be soft. He had to fight for everything, and yeah, that shaped him into someone rough around the edges.
Itās not about comparing pain or who had it worse. Itās about realizing that people cope differently. Dan shuts down. Jaekyung lashes out. Neither response is ābetterā or āworse.ā Theyāre just different reactions to being hurt.
Understanding that doesnāt excuse Jaekyungās actions; but it explains why he is the way he is.
i understand the kid version of Jaekyung, but not the adult one, he can go to visit therapist about it
Kim Dan is an angel. You should know by now that only an angel full of love and devotion can heal Jaekyung's scattered heart. That's the cliche we all know... never saw it happen in real life so don't go saving people's heart with your kindness lol.
