Ah, I'm copy-pasting my explanation from another response, since a lot of people seem confused!!
From chapter 9 to 11:
Honda and Kaido were caught on camera by a paparazzi. An article about how Kaido is dating a man was published, and he started getting harassed by his co-workers. In attempt to not worry Honda, he hid this info from him, but that backfired and Honda started blaming himself due to miscommunication.
Honda broke-up with him thinking that he's the reason why Kaidou is having so many issues pursuing his dream. He moves into Kawasaki's apartment for the time being.
In the lastest chap, Honda finally got a job and in the excitement he forgot he wasn't staying in his own shared apartment anymore. That's why he was calling out for Kaido.
[Kawasaki and Fujita are their mutual highschool friends, and the main characters of the spin off story.]
hope this helps ;;

Its best to re-read the manga from chap8 or 9, once you know whats going on its easier to keep track of things

Its so cool......
I actually think it wasnt a bad ending. Some people seems pissed off by it, but Kou and Ao were together for nine years after all. It wouldnt make sense if he were to choose Mikuni.
Kou did piss me off at the beggining with all the cheating, but since he honestly stopped afterwards, I guess its okay.
I also did hate on Mikuni a little, for chasing out someone just because he reminded him of a past love (even if they were the same person, he didnt know that), or lying to Ao near the ending, even if Ao did the same, theyre in different situations.
Ao, even if he lied and all, i felt like he was the one that probably suffered the most. Being cheated on constantly, having the fear of Kou remembering, and then Kou actually remembering.
This whole manga was sort of a rollercoaster with the character's feelings from begging to end.... either way, i actually really liked it.

Man i typically love dumb characters with all my heart, and i more often than not enjoy the "im so stupid i dont understand that my proximity with my friend goes further than friendship" trope but
There's a limit holy fuck
