i’m so fucking tired i just binge read everything and things seem to have taken a crazy turn yet i don’t see any sunshine at the horizon, fucking insane story icb things went this way, can’t wait for phillip to remember peter or somt bc there is no way he completely forgot, also need the details of the jennie situation bc what convinced peter that phillip fr orchestrated everything? bc if that were the case phillip would definitely remember peter esp if he spent sm time replying to the letters to trick jennie etc, idk i feel like a piece is missing here hmmm..
yes karl went through hell and back for sansa but y’all are neglecting the psychological impacts on sansa from having his entire family murdered just from trusting a beneficiary and then getting stabbed in the back, all coming together with his injuries and chronic pain and depression it’s rlly a huge dark tunnel that didn’t seem to end, sansa was a mess at the time he murdered that robber and karl had to enlist to cover for him, it was a huge blur and suddenly karl was gone for months! his only support system disappeared and he was all alone with nothing to rely on! it’s only natural things went this way and i really hope they can communicate through this with time! and let’s not deny that karl’s way of loving and giving didn’t contain a bit of selfishness rather than pure love for saysa it was like we were working with 1 wall, saysa very obviously needed help for his depression and drinking issues but karl just wanted to keep the facade going of a happy perfect family so he could keep saysa with him.
oh and ALSO HE THOUGHT HE DIED!!! HE GOT SO HEARTBROKEN AND TRAUMATISED ON TOP OF THAT!! if he didn’t love him and only cared about the money he wouldn’t have grieved like that and he wouldn’t have adopted a baby that looks like him!
