Lol I like how ethel isnt directly the one to win over the strategist guy; its kind of annoying when a plot is basically just tranfering a harem from the white lotus ogfl to the actual fl.
Instead she just throws a warm but stern middle aged man at him, proving what i have always suspected: rather than romance, what these ml's really need is a father figure to tell them he proud of them
I actually really like that the ml is so set on finding the og guy. These possession storylines always seemed like a depressing concept to me, like oh your life sucks balls and everyone hates you, but now youve been possessed by a cooler, stronger person and now everyone who bullied you suddenly loves this new guy. And absolutely no one notices that "you" are gone. So i like that *someone* is willing to mourn for the real Iheon.
Dang i was kinda hoping it would just end with him being dead... like i didnt hate the top or anything, i just felt like itd be a compelling way to end the story.
And honestly i think more toxic yaoi should end with murder rather than some bs unearned "happily ever after". Some of these blackflag yaoi will spend 100+ chapters convincing you that a top is an absolute monster, then tell you with a straight face that the uke actually loves him. I just think it would be more narratively satisfying to see some of these guys get fuckin iced

I feel like alexis' villain arc was waaay too abrupt. He was green flags all the way, then suddenly oops, btw, ml absolutely *hates* prophets, to the extent that he will immediately throw out his beloved husband. We needed way more foreshadowing or maybe a proper flashback to whatever the hell his trauma is with fortune tellers.
Then, just as suddenly, he's now gone into obssessive kidnapper mode. We got a *little* bit of his perspective, but it still felt quite rushed to me. I wanted to see more of a downward spiral rather than this sudden dive into crazy
