I am extremely frustrated with the main character's choices. These people helped him when he needed it, yet now he is actually hesitating to help them in return? It makes the MC seem completely ungrateful. I was enjoying the beginning of the chapter and was genuinely interested in the story, but I cannot continue reading past this point. The main issue is the pacing and the MC's priorities. Instead of fighting the enemies faster and ending the danger, he chooses to waste time talking with the enemiesss the h3ll?. Meanwhile, the very people who helped him are struggling desperately and getting hurt. i smell harem here too this is badly written

He gave the reason why he did it lol, YOU obviously weren't reading because he said he wouldve really ran away if it weren't for the girl who called out to him. And he cant just punch any enemy and just go back to lazing around again bc like it says IF YOU READ that the villains wouldve came back and are going to even though he like you said "punched" them and the villain even stated they will be seeing eachother again foreshadowing it. And if he did so kill them, it was stated it wouldve caused even greater conflict bc then the villains dad wouldnt have gotten a response causing even more trouble. Did you even read before typing? Lmao not every mc has to be fitted into the same character mold, this mc is quite unique that's why its more fun to read. Shitty situations keeps on coming his way even though he doesn't do anything and though its none of his business he still helps when asked to. That's where the side characters shine, with their actions and words it helps the mc develop his character more and try to see the world in their perspective. If not for the last will of his master he would just go back home and laze around all day. But since his master have predicted it and doesn't want him to waste his life away he sent him to learn new things and watch the people around him. Even though he's lazy he's smart and kind.
