I came across this manhwa by a reel but seeing only 4 chapters made me wait and binge read it in one go and it was totally worth it. So cute and lovely haha ....I wish in the side story they show us how will our clingy uke do while his seme is in Germany for a year

Oh it's because even before marriage they were Fiancée and the way he acted with a sudden change felt (to some people) a bit fake. Like in those story where the Fl is different so the ex-ml is now interested. I feel it's dumb because the story is already way past the "regretful ml arc" and they are so lovely together that I want them to be truly happy
some people just can't move past that mostly due to self insert when the following chapters show how much he has changed and how dedicated he is now to ines. better ignore those ngl
Like the last commenter said, those people still live in the 1% of the story. They actually think Carcel had character development and changed when in fact he has had no character development that fundamentally changed his character. I guess it’s because the manhwa didn’t tell readers that Carcel told Ines before marriage that he’s not one to commit adultery because he takes his vows before God seriously. The engagement was only a promise between families but marriage involves vows made in a church before God and the priest. So as a good Catholic he always intended to live as he does now as a husband. In his pov in the first chapter of the novel, he decides that even if he has to live like a monk in a loveless marriage, he won’t commit adultery. That’s who he is and the past timelines will only confirm this even harder. He is always essentially the same.
Yep. There are interesting things going on and they’re still hung up on the early part of the story which is like 1% of the overall story.
lol The self-insert angle is an interesting phenomenon. When I used to read manga, I didn’t find that readers self-insert until I started reading manhwa. I only used to hear about self-inserts for anime or light novels of isekai on the Japanese front especially for males.
