no this isn't part of the unusual families Anthology, this is a full re-make of Yeoro's original debut story so it will have around 70 chapters.

They both die at the end, MC kills himself before his disease kills him and the ML kills himself right after. so it's bittersweet since they at least die together.

np, there's no novel but the original 2016 version was 66 Chapters long. This one should be around that many too give or take a few since the author said they're going to add and change a few chapters here and there for the re-make to fit more of what they wanted from the original story. since the 2016 version was their debut story this new version should have a bit better writing and story setting but the start and finish of the story will remain the same.
