So, if every fiction story is in fact based on real life situations and facts, then how does science fiction and fantasy genres factor in? Are you saying they are based on reality too? To me, it sounds like you are saying that no fiction story is actually made up/pretend, that all fiction stories are things that have really happened. If that was the case then wouldn't they be called non-fiction? or autobiographical? or even 'based on a real situation'? Please explain so I can understand you comment better.
